A few weeks after Megan and Ben's wedding at St Aidan's Wines in the Ferguson Valley, I am still reminiscing on how wonderful it was. If I wasn't heading off to Europe in June (omg so excited!!), I would totally be having a winter break in the Valley. How have I not been here before? It's like a cross between Margaret River and Denmark. (On a side note: if you're in Europe June through August 2018, hit me up for a portrait session or elopement/wedding - you never know if we'll be in a similar location! I'd love to do some shoots in Europe whilst I'm there!)

Megan organised an amazing Air BnB down Ferguson Road up the top of the hill. So that's pretty much where I will be staying next winter break haha. With cows (and associated deposits) in the paddock, Megan was  not perturbed at all. She hitched her dress, dealt with her wind-swept veil, and got right in there. Totally worth it I reckon. Love my adventure brides!

I headed down the road to St Aidan Wines where I found a gorgeous little venue, with plenty of places for location portraits and the loveliest little ceremony spot beneath the grove of trees at the bottom of the hill. Perfect on a warm and windy day to be so sheltered.

After the ceremony, canapés and drinks were served to guests on the lawn beneath the cafe and reception 'shed' whilst we wandered around the property with M and B's fabulous bridal party for a picnic and portraits.

An amazing reception followed with lots of laughs, emotional and heartfelt speeches and some killer dance moves.

Thanks for an amazing day you two! I had a ball photographing your wedding and can't wait to get back to the lovely valley soon :)  xx
